What is Pension Release?
Getting money from your pension is sometimes known as pension release. Maybe you want to do this even if you've not retired but just need money. You maybe retiring and just need to know your options. 
How Much can i Release from my Pension?
You can get a total cash sum in your first year usually of just over 25% of your pension fund and nearly all of this is tax free. Ongoing income can be taken immediately or left to a later date.
How do I get started?
First, you need to complete the "Get Started" form on the right. Then you will receive your Pensions Release Enquiry Form and you can tell us what pensions you want us to look into. It is that simple.
Important Changes
Minimum age for Pension Release going up to age 55 from April 2010
It is currently possible to take advantage of Pension Release from age 50; however, there are important changes to Pension Release Legislation coming into affect from April 2010.
The minimum age is increasing by five years to 55. So if you're over 50 and not going to be 55 until after April 2010, you will need to act now if Pension Release is for you.
The process of Pension Release can take some time for any funds to be paid into your bank account; because of this and the fact these rule changes require funds to be paid to you by 5th April 2010, you will need to start your Pension Release Enquiry by the beginning of January 2010 at the latest.
